Pei Yin is a corporate lawyer with 7 years of post-qualification experience. She focuses on regulatory and advisory matters. On this front, Pei Yin regularly advises financial institutions on licensing and conduct of business requirements, listed issuers on compliance with listing rules and MNCs on corporate, regulatory and ESG compliance obligations.

Before transitioning to corporate practice, Pei Yin had originally started her career as a litigator. She practised civil and commercial disputes with a seasoned Senior Counsel, and presented arguments before the Court of Appeal and High Court as well as arbitration tribunals.

Pei Yin has also had experience as in-house counsel, where she had the opportunity to work alongside business units and learn about their objectives, strategies and experiences.

Pei Yin’s varied experience enables her to take a holistic approach to identifying issues and providing strategic advice on legal, corporate governance and risk management matters.
