Teresa is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions involving privately held and publicly listed companies. Her practice covers public takeovers and privatisations, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, debt issuances, and ongoing corporate governance advisory work, including continuing-listing compliance and securities law matters.

Teresa also advises fund sponsors on the structuring, formation and operation of closed-ended and open-ended investment funds across a variety of vehicles.

On the private-wealth front, she acts for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the establishment of family funds and family offices, working closely with tax advisers from the PricewaterhouseCoopers network to deliver integrated legal and tax solutions for wealth-planning structures.

Teresa graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is admitted to the Singapore Bar as well as the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales.

Teresa’s key experience includes:

• Acted for Consistent Record Pte. Ltd. in the privatisation of Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited by way of a voluntary general offer valued at S$243.8 million.
• Acted for Boustead Singapore Limited in its voluntary unconditional offer for Boustead Projects Limited valued at S$281.9 million, followed by the exit offer for the remaining shares in connection with the directed delisting of Boustead Projects Limited.
